A MESSAGE FOR YOU

PROPHETIC MESSAGE

Hello, My Sisters and Brothers in Christ Jesus.  Today’s message is very interesting to me.  One of the reasons is because I did not intend on this being a message at all.  I had something entirely different and not even in this direction.  The Holy Spirit says this message is for you.  I tried to add something and I could not (being obedient).  He reminded me to post it, I said to myself, I will do it tomorrow (being obedient), I cannot.  So I know without a doubt that you will be blessed by the message on today.  I love with the love of our Almighty God.

(Exodus 3:6-8), Also God said, I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.  And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.  And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry, their sorrows and sufferings and trials.  And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand and power of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a land good and large, a land flowing with milk and honey (a land of plenty) to the place of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, and Hivite, and the Jebusite.

God is saying to you my sister, that He is still God.  The same God that delivered His people in the days of Moses is your God.  There is nothing too impossible for Him.  He delivered the His people from the hands of the Egyptians (their enemy).  His will deliver you from your enemy, in which the devil has strategically place to governor and rule over your life.  Drugs, alcohol, men are each a demonic spirit that lies to you.  God is saying that He hears your cries, the cries that you cry aloud the cries that you hold inside.  God says that your sorrows and suffering and hardship will come to an end, if you Praise Him, like you used to.  Where is the song that you hold and guard with your heart?  God is saying that He sent His Son Jesus Christ down to bring you to a land that you will prosper in.  He has come just for you.  Trust Him, His love, His deliverance.  Just as the days of Moses, I have come down to deliver you and bring you to a place where you can praise and worship me with all of your heart.  My daughter, trust in Me.  I am here, I am that I am my daughter.  AMEN!

Heavenly Father, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, I’m asking You to forgive me of all my sins, things that I might have said, done or even had in my heart that does not bring glory to Your name.  Father, I receive Your Word for me on today and I thank you that Your Word will not return to You without accomplishing what You have set it to do.  I praise You Lord for keeping me through all my trials and keeping me with a sound mind.  You did not, nor will You ever give me over to my enemies as long as I stay with You and not turn away.  I love You Lord, in Jesus name, Amen!

TRIALS LEAD TO TRUST

I speak blessings of the Lord’s favor upon your life. May you walk in the way of the Lord’s direction daily.

If you could change anything in your life, what would you go back and change? I have often thought about that question earlier in my ministry. The thing is that you have to look at the bad with the good. If I could go back in time and change the fact that I got married when I was 17 years old, then I would no have my son. If I could go back and change the fact that I was in an abusive relationship for ten years, then I would not have had my lovely daughter. If I could go back in time to change anything in my past, then I would not have had the trials that have made me stronger.

It is so true that what does not kill us, will make us stronger. For some reason women seem to have gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to life’s issues. We bare children and because they are ours we will always provide for them. We somehow make a way out of no way for them. Even if we don’t eat, we will make sure that they eat.

 
I still say that God has made women much stronger than men. Because we have to bare and care for our children. He foreknew everything that we would have to go through. So I wouldn’t want to change anything because then I would not have the knowledge of the Lord that I do have. Sometimes our trials puts us closer to the Lord. Your trials will lead you to trusting in the Lord. It doesn’t matter how we get to Him, but we will eventually get there. Do you ever notice how many women and men are in the church. It is usually at least 70% more women than men. We got issues and we know where to go to get some help.
 
I have heard people use the term, “When one door closes, God will open another door”. Think about this; sometimes the Lord has to close some doors in our lives so that it will keep the enemy out. Sometimes He closes the door on bad relationships, on abusive relationships, on emotions stress and on people that mean us no good. He will open another door, if you keep the other one close. If you keep opening the door that He closes, you will never get to the door that holds all your blessings.
 
Now my point to this is that there is always something that you can think about that will outweigh the bad. When you think about something that you have had to go through, think about what good came out of it. Anytime that you go through something, there is always a blessings waiting on the other side. I love each of you and I pray that the Lord is working on each of you and working out your trials to become trusting in Him. PRAISE GOD! AMEN!

ONIONS

Happy Good Friday!

I was peeling an onion the other day and the more I peeled, the more my eyes watered and my nose itched.  I ran watered over the onion as I peeled back a new layer, it helps a little but your eyes still may water.
 
Woman of God, think of your like as an onion.  There is a brown layer of skin that covers the white part of the onion.  This outer layer keeps you safe from getting the inner part bruised or damaged.  You keep this brown layer over the rest of your heart, or body to protect it.  Now you have decided to give your life to Christ.  What God does is allow you to keep your cover until you are ready to be peeled.  This process must take place in order for God to use you for His glory.  You have been in church for a while now, studying and praying regularly and now God says, “it is time”.  He peels off your cover and you began to cry.  There will come a point in time where all you do is cry and you don’t know why.  It’s because God is trying to remove all of the past hurts and bruises you have been through before He came into your life.  The more you pray, another layer comes off, then other, then other.  The Lord might give you a short break, but time is of the essence, because He has work for you to do and gifts He wants to give to you.  You will need all your strength and all your might to go through the next level of peeling because now the enemy realizes that you are serious about the Kingdom of Heaven.  You are a prayer intercessor and you will often be crying for people you don’t even know, because in the spirit realm you are interceding on their behalf.
 
Now God has done peeling you, and it’s time for you to be cut.  I know this doesn’t sound good but as you peel an onion, by the time you began to cut it into desired pieces, you are no longer crying.  You have gotten to the strongest part of the onion and it is not as sensitive, it very hard.  This is the point where God is trying to get you to in your life.  God is peeling and cutting just for you.  He will peel and throw away any part that is not needed for the “soup for your soul”.  He is keeping the strongest parts of your being for the edifying of the saints. 
 
During this time of peeling and cutting; endurance, patience and love will be needed.  You can not only run this race but you will finish the course.  LET US PRAY!
 
Heavenly Father, I thank and praise you for covering my life until I was ready for service in Your Kingdom.  Lord, help me to endure the hardships so that I will be able to enjoy the rewards.  Prepare me to do work for you and give you glory.  Lord, I thank you that you are not just peeling me, but you are using me, in Jesus name Amen.

P.O.W.

Hello, my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus.  I pray that today’s message will touch your heart and will be of comfort and encouragement no matter where you are in your spiritual walk with Jesus Christ.

 (2 Corinthians 10:3-6), For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

P.O.W. (Prisoner of War).  As we have all seen a movie either on the big screen or television about a war movie where someone was captured by the enemy and held captive for a long amount of time.  In the move the enemy usually wants his prisoner to openly denounce his country and his beliefs.  The enemy tortures that prisoner until he breaks and does whatever the enemy ask of him.  When you look at that prisoner, his clothes are usually dirty, he has lost a tremendous amount of weight and sometimes the prisoner is even struck with some kind of disease. 

Some of us are P.O.W.’s.  Even though we are saved and believe with all our hearts that Jesus is our Lord and Savior.  But for some reason, we are still P.O.W.’s.  A P.O.W. cannot always be spotted by the type of clothes we wear or how we smell.  Or how much we go to church or bible study.  Some of us are P.O.W.’s in our mind and when your mind is a prisoner, it can affect your whole body.  Your mind will not allow you to be free of past hurts and past relationships that have torn you apart.

You are tortured about past history with men, past history with abuse and past history with drugs and alcohol.  God is not bringing your past up over and over again, its the enemy.  The enemy is trying to torture you until you give in and denounce the Lord Jesus Christ.  You are a prisoner in your mind and wondering why God will not deliver you from yourself.  You can be destructive to yourself if you continue to allow the enemy to whisper sweet nothings in your ears.  That’s right, it’s nothing.  And God has delivered you from your past, what is stronghold is is you.  You can be your worst enemy. 

So what do you do?  How do you break free, once and for all of the enemy?  You tell your story.  We overcome the enemy by our testimonies.  When you open your mouth and tell your story, (I mean to someone that you can trust), the enemy is weakened.  He is basically saying to himself, “Dag, she’s no longer ashamed.  I can’t torture her with that anymore”.  The next step is to remember that your weapons are not carnal.  What are your weapons?  The WORD of God, prayer, the WORD of God.  Make up in your mind that your will no longer be torture by the enemy, you will no longer live as his captive, you are no longer going to be a P.O.W.  AMEN!

 Heavenly Father, I pray that you forgive me for my sins.  Father, forgive me for the things that I might have done to my body with drugs, alcohol and men.  Father help me to accept your forgiveness so that I can move forward in my life and live a life of freedom, holding back no praise and worship that you desire from me.  Lord Jesus, I know that you love me and I accept your love.  I love you too, Lord, even when I don’t express that love all the time.  I receive your blessings for my life, in Jesus name, Amen.

ONE THING AT A TIME

I pray that you are all blessed and highly favored of the Lord on today.  The Lord has a great message for us today.  Thanks for reading.

(Ephesians 3:16-19), I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.  And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

 One day at a time!  That’s the Lord’s message for you today.  I think about the times that I spent in church services or classes and I was often reminded of the numerous of sins that are not of God.  No sin is of God.  You sit and listen to the pastor’s message and you are moved by the words but deep in the back of your mind, you know that the sin that he is preaching about, is something that you are still struggling with.  While you are in church and are being convicted of a particular sin or sins in your life, it is the Holy Spirit that is tugging on your inner being.  It does not mean that He is mad at you, the Spirit of the Lord is trying deliver you and help you keep your deliverance or obtain deliverance from Him.  The pastor might be the one that lay hands on you, but without the anointing of the Holy Spirit you will not be delivered.
Woman of God, I want to encourage you today, to take one thing at a time.  If you are trying to deal  with everything that is going wrong in your life all at one time, this can be a very tremendous burden to you and you will feel defeated before you have even begun.  Start with the little things and work your way up.  Some people get offended at church because the Holy Spirit tugged at their spirit and they don’t want to go back in fear that they have not released all the sin in their life.  It doesn’t work that way.  The more you hear the Word of God, He gives you power and strength to overcome battles and temptations in your life.  The more rooted in Christ Jesus the more power you will have to defeat the enemy 
Might I suggest that you make a list of the worldly things that you do or the things that you know are not pleasing to the Lord and pray over them.  Ask the Lord Jesus for deliverance in those areas of your life and the power to stay delivered.  You don’t have to tell anyone about your list.  It’s between you and the Lord Jesus.  There may come a time when you are about to do or say something that is on your list and you will hear the Holy Spirit say, “don’t do that, or don’t say that”.  The more obedient that you are to that tugging in your inner being, the more victorious you will become and powerful to the glory of God.  Once the Lord sees that you are at least willing to try to become more like Him, He will move mountains on your behalf.  God is so compassionate and patient.  The Lord God wants you to be free from sin, and if you want the same thing, then you and God are now working together.  It’s better to work with the Lord than to work without Him.  It’s better to walk with Jesus, than to walk alone.
I still have a list that the I am believing the Spirit of the Lord Jesus is working.  Every time I think that I have something beat, another sin replaces that one.  I stay prayerful and I always acknowledge the fact that I am undone in certain areas of my life.  I am honest with the Lord and I have often said, “Lord, that one is a hard one for me to overcome, or Lord, I’ve been doing it this way all my life”.  I am not above correction from the Lord.  There have also been times that I just didn’t make it and then I have to ask for God’s forgiveness and start all over again.  One more important thing God wants you to remember is that no one is above sin.  Never let anyone make you think that you are not worthly of the love of God.  If you begin to feel that way, you will make excuses as to why you can’t go to church and the enemy will have you exactly where he wants you, feeling unworthly and defeated.  A spirit of defeat always leaves the door open for the spirit of depression.

WORK MAKES IT WORK

Good morning, I pray that you are blessed and highly favored of our Lord Jesus Christ.  I speak the blessings of God’s favor upon you, in Jesus name.

(Matthew 19:5-6), “For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain (two) shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain (two), but one flesh.  What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder”.

Okay, ladies, so you could say, “What makes her an expert on marriage?”  Well, I’m not an expert and being married four times, still doesn’t qualify me.  So I am going to say, “I believe” or “in my opinion” therefore not being an expert.

Someone that is very close to me, recently got married and I was so happy for her.  Two weeks later, I got a phone call, “I’m leaving, this marriage is not going to work”.  I laughed and told her “Well, you will probably get divorced at least five or six times before the year is over”.  It was true.  I got divorced at least five times the first couple of years of my marriage.  What I mean by getting a divorced five times is something a lot of us go through.  We say we’re leaving and never leave.  We waste time packing clothes only to unpack them over and over again.  I think it’s funny now, but those first couple of years can be a handful.  Needless to say, that person is still married and so am I.  In fact, I just got divorced for the 20th time last week.

So what are the best ingredients for a marriage that will last through some harsh times and some happier times.  A marriage that will last in spite of each other.  The first ingredient is GOD.  I believe that if you stand before God and say “I Do”, then you should.  Marriage takes a lot of work just like being a mother takes a lot of work.  Just because you gave birth makes you a woman that birthed forth a child.  Being a mother is something entirely different and special.  Being married is something different than becoming a wife that your husband and others will call blessed.

I believe that it is better for a couple to stay friends with other couples.  That way you are not hanging out with your single girlfriends and making your husband jealous.  Even though you keep telling him that you aren’t cheating, it is much easier not to even allow that doo to be opened.  Now I’m not saying dump all your single friends, but have some couple dates as well.  Now, here’s another thing.  Ladies, I have heard so many times that you think it’s okay to hang out with your closest guy friends because you were friends before you got married.  If you think that much of that guy friend then your husband, then you should have married him.  Don’t open that door.

Pick your battles.  I have finally come to a point in my life (at the age of 50), when I learned how to pick my battles.  I don’t get upset about everything.  Picking your battles mean that you will learn that some things just aren’t that important.  When you spend a lot of time arguing, satan is having a good ole time in your home.  I have heard the term, “Never go to bed angry”.  Well, going to bed mad makes you get up mad.  Try to just agree, not to agree. 

This last thing is very important.  Trust God.  Hopefully you married a man that you can trust, so now it’s time to trust God to guide you and your marriage the rest of the way.  Now that works, it really does.  PRAISE GOD!
